Our Legacy Hospice program, No One Dies Alone vigil program, Grief Support sessions, and all of our remaining programs are designed to bring comfort, care, dignity and support to individuals and families facing life-limiting illnesses and grief. Whether you are facing a life-limiting illness, giving care to someone who is, have lost a loved one, or maybe just need a little support, guidance or even a little cheer, we’re here for you and ready to offer the support and care you deserve.

You will receive specialized training that will help you develop and understand the philosophy and history of palliative and hospice care, this unique educational regimen prepares you to deal sensitively and compassionately with end of life issues and provides you with the necessary skills and knowledge to be of service to individuals and families facing life-limiting illness.

Since 1977 Hospice of the Conejo has served as a community based non-profit, non-medical volunteer hospice and grief support center, whose objective is to affirm life, even when faced with life-limiting illness and grief, by providing compassionate support, care, guidance, and educations to individuals and families facing critical illnesses and end-of-life issues.
Hospice of the Conejo is committed to providing a bias free environment and all are welcomed.
All services are provided at no cost. 100% of our funding is raised through private donations, fundraising events and grants.
Our service area is the Eastern Ventura County including-Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Oak Park, Agoura, Calabasas, Simi Valley and Moorpark, and surrounding commuities.
