It is said that if you speak a person's name aloud they will never be forgotten. For the past 48 years, Hospice of the Conejo has honored this tradition with its Reading of the Names ceremony. Each December, community leaders and volunteers gather to reverently speak the names of those whose memory is cherished on the Hospice Tree of Life. This poignant ceremony serves as a moving tribute to the joy and love these individuals brought to our lives.

Our 2025 Reading of the Names ceremony will be at The Oaks mall (date TBD) near the food court. Attendees should park in the adjacent parking structure. Refreshments and entertainment will be provided. Local dignitaries will be present to read names. 6pm-8pm
