The Hospice of the Conejo Tree of Life stands as a symbol of love & caring during the holiday season. Dedicate a Star to honor or remember a loved one. Names of loved ones are written on Stars and hang on the Tree of Life during the holiday season.

Our Programs

At Hospice of Conejo, we believe that life is precious and should be treated with the utmost care. Our Legacy Hospice program, No One Dies Alone vigil program, Grief Support sessions, and Information Center all strive to make sure no one feels alone as they navigate life’s challenges. Whether you’re in a the later seasons of life, giving care to someone who is, or have lost a loved one, we’re here to offer you the support you need and deserve.

Volunteer

Imagine: making a difference by simply showing up. Through our volunteer programs, you can do exactly that! We’ll equip you through an eight-week training course so you can offer emotional, social, and practical support to people in need of hospice care. By giving up a couple of hours of your week, you can make a dramatic impact on an individual’s life. And who knows, your volunteer work might just change your own life, too.

Since 1977 Hospice of the Conejo has served as a community based non-profit, non-medical volunteer hospice and grief support center, providing compassionate, emotional, practical support and information to individuals and families facing end-of-life issues.

All services are provided at no cost. 100% of our funding is raised through private donations, fundraising events and grants.

Our service area includes Thousand Oaks, Westlake Village, Newbury Park, Oak Park,  Agoura,  Calabasas, Simi Valley and Moorpark, California.
